Questrade is offering new and existing clients up to three months of free stock and option trades (excluding the cost of contracts), in the form of commission rebates, when opening a new account.

How to qualify:

Submit an application for a new registered or margin self-directed account by 11:59 p.m. ET, March 2^nd, 2015. The account must be opened and funded with a minimum of $50,000 in net new assets within 60 days of submitting an account application to get up to three months of unlimited free stock and option trades, (excluding the cost of contracts).

Eligibility for this offer:

• Client must ensure that the offercode UNLIMITEDW15 must be pre-populated on the webpage when submitting an account application.
• This offer is open to new and existing clients.
• FX and CFD accounts are not eligible for this promotion.
• If an existing client is funding the account by transferring from another broker, the transfer must be initiated by 11:59 p.m. ET, March 2^nd, 2015 and must be completed within 60 days of initiation to qualify for the offer.
• New accounts cannot be funded by using funds from another Questrade account. The assets deposited into the qualifying account must be net new assets.
• This promotion is open to self-directed accounts only.

Minimum initial funding:

• Minimum required funding to get three months of unlimited free stock and option trades is CAD $50,000. Only trades completed within 90 days from the date the account is activated with the minimum required amount will be eligible to receive three months of unlimited free stock and option trades.
• Minimum required funding to get two months of unlimited free stock and option trades is CAD $25,000. Only trades completed within 60 days from the date the account is activated with the minimum required amount will be eligible to receive two months of unlimited free stock and option trades.
• Minimum required funding to get one month of unlimited free stock and option trades is CAD $1,000. Only trades completed within 30 days from the date the account is activated with the minimum required amount will be eligible to receive one month of unlimited free stock and option trades.
• Clients will have an additional 30 days from the date the account is activated to reach the minimum funding requirement for the corresponding month(s) of unlimited free stock and option trades.

Minimum holding period:

• Account holders must maintain the following minimum account balance for at least six months of account funding to be eligible for the corresponding offer:
• $50,000 for three months of unlimited free stock and option trades
• $25,000 for two months of unlimited free stock and option trades
• If the account balance falls below the minimum required amount before the end of the six-month period due to withdrawals on the client’s account, the client no longer qualify for the offer, and Questrade will apply a charge to the account based on the credited amount. If the account balance falls below the minimum required asset amount due to market fluctuations, the client is still eligible for the offer and no charges will be applied.
• If the account was originally funded between $1,000 and $24,999, the account will not be required to have a minimum holding period.

Trade Rebates:

• The client’s account will be charged for the trading commission during the qualifying period, and the commission will then be rebated to the client’s account within 10 (ten) business days of the trade execution, up to a maximum of $9.95 per trade.
• This offer applies to equity trades and option tickets (excluding the cost of contracts), and does not apply to ETF sells, gold and silver trades, mutual fund trades, or foreign currency trades.
• Other trade fees including exchange and ECN fees may apply.
• Client will not receive cash compensation for any unused free trade commissions.

FREE TO TRANSFER

Questrade will pay your transfer-out fees up to CAD $150 when you move a minimum of CAD $25,000 to Questrade from another brokerage. Payment of the transfer-out fee is capped at CAD $150 and is limited to one account per client.
